If you represent veterans, you’ve probably run into cases where a less-than-Honorable discharge is standing between your client and the benefits they’ve earned. VCH just made it easier for you to help them do something about it.<\/p>\n
We’ve added two new forms to the system: DD-149<\/strong> and DD-293<\/strong>. Both give you a path to request a correction or upgrade to a client’s discharge; opening the door to VA healthcare, education benefits, home loans, and more that a bad discharge can otherwise block.<\/p>\n Discharge status isn’t always permanent.
