Firm partnerships are not currently self-service.<\/em><\/p>\n After the case is shared, it will appear in the partner firm\u2019s Shared Cases<\/strong> list.<\/p>\n The partner firm initially receives access to only the following information:<\/p>\n Sharing a case does not automatically share all of its documents. Documents must be shared individually.<\/p>\n The Share<\/strong> option only appears when:<\/p>\n A Share Document<\/strong> window will open. Select the checkbox beside each partner firm that should receive the document, then confirm the selection.<\/p>\n To completely remove a partner firm\u2019s access to the case:<\/p>\n Select Shared Cases<\/strong> from the navigation menu.<\/p>\n Shared cases appear in a separate list from cases owned directly by your firm.<\/p>\n Click a case row to open the Shared Case Detail<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n This page displays the limited claimant information shared by the owner firm, along with:<\/p>\n The Shared Case Detail page contains two tabs:<\/p>\n On the Documents<\/strong> tab, the partner firm can only see documents that the owner firm explicitly shared.<\/p>\n Shared documents include a badge or marker identifying them as documents received from the owner firm. The partner firm can click Download<\/strong> to save a copy.<\/p>\n Click Upload Document<\/strong> to add a new file to the shared case, such as a completed nexus letter.<\/p>\n Documents uploaded by the partner firm are initially private to that firm.
